Job Title: Technical Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled individual to support our Life Sciences group in various areas, including sterilization, environmental monitoring, product cleanliness, and biocompatibility.

The successful candidate will ensure that our Life Science requirements are met or exceeded with occasional guidance from experienced associates and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support life sciences activities and adhere to our values and safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements.
  • Review and apply applicable standards and procedures.
  • Write and review protocols, reports, and other documents related to sterilization, microbiological test methods, and/or biocompatibility.
  • Perform work on technical projects using our standard quality management, production system, and/or laboratory methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Earned minimum bachelor's degree in biology, microbiology, or a related technical field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and collaboratively with other associates and cross-functional teams.
  • Solid technical aptitude and effective communication skills.
  • Maintain a calm demeanor in high-energy environments.
