Senior Medical Device Quality Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our medical devices.
Key Responsibilities:- Support quality-related activities, including sterilization, environmental monitoring, product cleanliness, and biocompatibility.
- Review and apply applicable standards and procedures, providing support in one or more of the above areas.
- Develop and review protocols, reports, and other documents related to sterilization, microbiological test methods, and/or biocompatibility.
- Perform work on technical projects, following standard quality management, production system, and/or laboratory methodologies.
- Apply data analysis practices and techniques to establish root cause for out-of-specification results and support justification for improvements.
- Earned a bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, or related technical field, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other associates and cross-functional teams.
- Solid technical aptitude and effective contributor to the team or produce results of a technical nature as an individual.
- Competencies in both written and oral communication.
