Therapeutic Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide therapeutic support to vulnerable young people in a secure environment.

The successful candidate will participate in the development and implementation of Care and Placement Plans, promoting the physical, emotional, social, and educational welfare of each young person.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum QQI Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a related field;
  • Or relevant experience with a recognized qualification along with 18 months practice in the previous five years.

As part of this role, you will work closely with a team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for young people to thrive. This is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others.
