National CRM System Manager

Job Overview
The National College of Ireland is recruiting for a highly skilled professional to manage the Community Families National CRM system and coordinate the national monitoring, evaluation and reporting activities of the Community Families Programme.
Responsibilities
Implement the Community Families National CRM system in collaboration with Enclude and local Community Families sites.
Support local Community Families sites to utilise the CRM system for data input, analysis, uploading, and reporting at local and national levels.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of national data collection, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities for the Community Families Programme.
Collect, collate, and validate qualitative and quantitative data using the Community Families CRM system and other methodologies.
Prioritise preparing information and reports for various stakeholders, such as the Community Families National Oversight and Support Group, ELI Community Families Team, local sites, Tusla, HSE, and other relevant entities.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Extensive experience with CRM systems, including implementation, maintenance, and data analysis.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Access.
- Knowledge of EvaSys, SPSS, and other relevant software applications.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups, including staff, stakeholders, and community members.
- Able to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks, and maintain accurate records.
