Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of National Families Programme Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the implementation and roll out of the National Families Programme nationwide. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on families and communities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the governance, operational, and administrative functions of the National Families Programme in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the National Oversight and Support Group, ELI Research Team, and other national stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of the programme.
  • Provide support and mentorship to programme managers and coordinators across the country.
  • Monitor programme delivery, quality assurance, and fidelity to the programme framework.
Key Requirements
  • A relevant 3rd-level qualification and experience of family support including working with young children and families in their communities.
  • Knowledge and experience of home visiting programmes and the ability to work closely with staff delivering services to marginalized families.
  • Experience in entering, accessing, and using data from Client Relationship Management (CRM) or similar systems.
  • Excellent leadership, administrative, and organizational skills.
