Community Health and Safety Professional

We are seeking a seasoned health and safety professional to take on a key role in our community-based services.
- This is an autonomous position that requires the ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week or choose any of our offices across the Southeast region.
- This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and communities.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A Level 8 qualification (or equivalent) in Occupational Health & Safety and at least 3 years' experience in a multi-site or community-based setting.
- A strong working knowledge of Irish H&S legislation and management systems.
- An exceptional communication style with the ability to relate to staff from all backgrounds.
The Regional Health & Safety Leader will be responsible for:
- Conducting site visits, audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with H&S standards.
- Providing support and guidance to line managers on H&S matters.
- Fostering a culture of H&S awareness across our offices and sites.
