Senior Leadership Position in Tax Management

The ideal candidate will assume a senior leadership role within the tax department, directly reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.

This position is critical for ensuring effective and timely compliance across all tax jurisdictions.

  • Lead all aspects of the tax function with precision and efficiency.
  • Manage and oversee internal and external tax reporting requirements.
  • Monitor international tax issues arising from business operations.
  • Negotiate tax matters in commercial agreements.
  • Identify and mitigate corporate tax risk through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with auditors and external advisors.
  • Support the Finance department in achieving organizational goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold relevant qualifications such as AACI, ACA or ACCA.
  • Have at least 5 years PQE in a tax role, preferably in aviation leasing.
  • Exhibit strong technical knowledge of corporate tax laws.
  • Display exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Experience in US tax regulations is an asset.
