Job Responsibilities
  • Complete general ledgers for multiple legal entities on a monthly and quarterly basis under US GAAP.
  • Prepare corporate reports in a timely manner and respond to queries from the Corporate Finance and Tax team.
  • Manage VAT reporting for each legal entity and ensure completeness of all local statutory compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with statutory auditors, group auditors, and local Corporate Tax advisors as required.
  • Provide UAT testing assistance for ERP project upgrades and adhere to business accounting policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Fully qualified accountant with 1-5 years' experience in industry or practice accounting.
  • Prior work experience with Oracle is beneficial but not required.
  • Multinational general ledger environment experience is advantageous.
  • European language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and possessing excellent spreadsheet skills.
  • Team player with good communication and organisation skills and a flexible attitude.
  • Ability to provide accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of their role.
  • Proactive individual who can identify and resolve problems and issues.
