Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator
Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance? Do you have experience in bookkeeping and financial administration?
We are seeking a part-time Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial records.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic organization that values teamwork and collaboration. As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in financial operations, working closely with our accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bookkeeping Services: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including bank reconciliations, creditor and debtor reconciliations, and processing customer and supplier invoices.
  • Creditors and Debtors: Conduct regular checks to ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Email and Phone Query Handling: Respond to queries from customers, suppliers, and colleagues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Bookkeeping and Financial standard practices.
  • A strong understanding of data privacy and integrity.
  • Knowledge of Sage, BrightPay, and ROS portal.
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a bookkeeping role.
