Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated team leader to join our retail organization.

  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service by implementing efficient strategies and providing guidance.
  • Supervise daily store operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the business.
  • Support management with stock control, merchandising, and store presentation, maintaining high standards at all times.
  • Assist in training and developing team members to reach their full potential, promoting career growth and advancement within the company.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and standards that support the company's mission and objectives.
  • Drive sales and support the implementation of promotional activities, contributing to business growth and development.
  • Monitor and maintain high levels of store cleanliness and organization, creating a positive shopping environment for customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a retail or grocery customer-focused environment, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team, driving business results and growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding solutions that benefit the business and its stakeholders.
