Site Operations Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position that involves overseeing the daily operations of our site.

Job Description:
  • To be responsible for the overall operation of the site, including managing staff, maintaining site presentation, and ensuring excellent customer service standards.
  • To lead by example and embody the highest standards in all aspects of site presentation and operation.
  • To create and maintain a positive, respectful, and stable work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Overall responsibility for the operation of the site.
  • Managing staff, including recruitment, training, and development.
  • Maintaining site presentation and ensuring excellent customer service standards.
  • Familiarity with relevant Health & Safety and HACCP regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years senior management experience.
  • Excellent people management and communications skills.
  • Experienced in the areas of talent acquisition, retention, and staff development.
  • Customer service focused.
  • Proven ability to manage and perform in pressurised situations.
  • Strong sales, marketing, and PR focused front-facing ambassador.
  • Commercial and financial acumen.
  • Innovative and forward-looking in the context of site development.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Structured and goal-oriented work approach.

Benefits:
