Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, health and safety standards, and environmental guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate site crews, subcontractors, and plant resources to meet project targets and deadlines.
  • Liaise with clients, local authorities, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Implement traffic management and safety measures to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Support senior management with planning, reporting, and resource allocation.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with the civils sector, particularly asphalt.
  • Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
  • Full clean driving licence.
