Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering major infrastructure and motorway works across Leinster. This involves overseeing complex, fast-track civil engineering projects that incorporate earthworks, road, rail, or marine works.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of site managers to monitor the quality, time, and cost of sub-contracted works.
- Liaise with local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and obtain necessary permits.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to design and implement solutions for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure financial returns align with client expectations.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Seven years of post-graduate experience in civil engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
- Strong technical knowledge of earthworks, road, rail, or marine works.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of site managers and sub-contractors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
