Project Management Expertise

We are seeking a skilled Project Management expert to oversee the delivery of High-tech Commercial Projects in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will collaborate effectively with the regional director, assistant project manager, quantity surveyor, and engineering team to ensure alignment of project phases with the Project Execution Plan, operational protocols, and budget constraints.
  • They will champion best practices throughout the project lifecycle to guarantee compliance with HSEQ standards and objectives.
  • As the main point of contact for the regional director, they will oversee client and supplier relationships, manage project delivery, coordinate with HSEQ teams, and handle resource planning.
Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in project management on Civils/Build Projects.
  • A degree or trade qualification is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and staff, with at least 3+ years of experience, is also required.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
