Are you a seasoned quantity surveyor seeking a challenging role that will leverage your expertise in commercial management? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
This pivotal position plays a crucial role in the successful delivery of our projects. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the commercial management of projects from inception to completion
- Developing and implementing effective budgeting and cost tracking strategies
- Managing variations and compensation events to ensure project financial stability
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks to prevent project delays and cost overruns
- Liaising with stakeholders to maintain open communication and resolve issues efficiently
We are looking for a highly experienced quantity surveyor who possesses a degree qualification in Quantity Surveying and at least 7 years of post-graduate experience in a similar role. Civil construction experience is preferred but not essential.
