Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee numerous projects in urban and rural environments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, operatives, and sub-contractors, providing guidance when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project delivery and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Liaise with clients and their representatives to maintain positive relationships.
  • Manage junior technical staff, providing education and mentorship.
  • Determine required resources, considering budgetary constraints.
  • Negotiate deals with suppliers and sub-contractors.
  • Communicate with clients and their representatives, attending regular meetings to update them on progress.
  • Manage contract documents, including interpretation and coordination of temporary and permanent works design.
  • Evaluate project progress.
  • Monitor and report on project particulars, including Progress, Programme, Finance, HSQE, Risks & Opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
  • A member of the relevant Professional Institution.
  • Chartered Status (or working towards it).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience for a Project Manager role.
