Job Title: Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned project lead to spearhead the development and delivery of projects from concept through to qualification in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, process improvement, budget management, and planning.

The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional team to successfully develop, commercialize, and deliver new and existing projects. Key responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and controlling project activities to meet project objectives and requirements.

  • Develop and implement effective project plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality outputs.
  • Manage and allocate resources to meet project needs, ensuring efficient utilization of personnel and assets.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating project progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with experience in managing projects in a regulated industry. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques is essential.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, program management, or business administration.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Strong understanding of project life cycle, including concept, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and software, such as MS Project.
