Construction Supervisor

Civil construction supervisors play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day site operations and leading teams to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the coordination of construction activities among workers and subcontractors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Civil Construction Supervisor in residential construction.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Possession of relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field.
