Job Overview

The Technical Writer will be responsible for leading Fexco's technical documentation strategy, producing high-quality digital and written documentation, and contributing to the overall success of our payments products.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and implement cross-product documentation management strategies, introducing new approaches to creating, storing, and managing product documentation.
  • Enable the aforementioned approach by producing high-quality, accurate documentation, suitable for internal and external audiences.
  • Create and update customer user guides, product procedures, and service catalogues in line with product releases.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with experience in creating and implementing a new strategic approach to technical writing preferred.
  • Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Technical Writing, Technical Communications, or a related field, or engineering degrees with excellent English writing skills.
