Lead Team Coordinator

This role is responsible for supporting and leading a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring that all team members are trained and validated in their roles, and that they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.

  • Create a positive and welcoming environment for colleagues and customers
  • Be responsible for the store when the Store Manager or Deputy Manager is absent
  • Ensure that team members are fully trained and validated in their roles
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to foster a culture of trust
  • Coach and manage colleagues to meet daily priorities and deliver excellent customer service
  • Review reports and systems to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Drive a culture of zero food waste by implementing efficient date code management and food safety protocols
  • Recruit high-calibre colleagues who share our commitment to customer service
  • Oversee front-end operations to prevent customer queues and ensure seamless checkout experiences

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
  • Capacity to drive results and improve processes
  • Experience in retail or a related industry (preferable)
