Restaurant Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

This leadership role requires someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can motivate and develop the team to achieve high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading daily operations, managing staff performance, and driving sales growth through innovative ideas.
  • Key responsibilities include training new team members, managing staff reviews and development plans, rostering, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene systems, and strong customer focus awareness.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a management position within the food retail industry.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of HACCP hygiene systems and food safety practices.
  • Candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
