Investment Fund Specialist Job Description

This role is focused on managing and processing investment fund financial data, involving research, updates, and reference data extraction.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage investment fund financial data
  • Conduct research and update data using internal systems
  • Maintain client relationships and contribute to team efforts
  • Update pricing information provided by fund managers
  • Extract reference data from documents and verify corporate actions

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
  • Demonstrable research and analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and Macros
  • Interest in information management, technology, and product development
  • Background in equity markets and corporate events
