Senior Commercial Estate Manager

As a qualified property auctioneer with approved qualifications, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of commercial and residential property sales and lettings. This includes taking in properties for sale or rent, conducting viewings, and negotiating offers. You will also be responsible for organizing marketing campaigns, preparing contracts, and managing the sales process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take in properties for sale or rent, including photography and descriptive narratives
  • Discuss value, asking price, and marketing budget with clients
  • Organize for-sale signs and complete Property Services Agreements
  • Conduct property viewings and deal with offers
  • Collect deposits and prepare Sales Advice Notes
  • Handle issues that may arise between sale agreement and completion
  • Manage lettings, including inventory, rent setting, and tenant screening
  • Prepare Letting Agreements and collect first month's rent and deposit
  • Perform property valuations for private residential and commercial properties
Requirements:
  • Qualified Property Auctioneer qualification
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of local market trends and regulations
