Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the development, implementation, and evaluation of Beaumont Hospital's Major Emergency Plan and Internal Incident Plan.

This role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams, emergency services, and external agencies to ensure seamless integration of clinical operational and logistical responses during emergency situations.

The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership and communication skills to ensure the hospital is prepared and effective in responding to major incidents, mass casualty events, and internal incidents.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of emergency planning and response procedures
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  4. Conduct post-incident reviews and evaluate actions to ensure continuous improvement
