Job Title:

We are seeking a skilled procurement professional to lead our procurement function and drive strategic outcomes in the public sector.

About This Role:
  • This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented individual to take ownership of procurement processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory guidelines.
  • As the procurement lead, you will manage tender assessment, evaluation support, contract preparation, and post-contract review processes.
  • Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining a corporate procurement plan, rolling annual procurement plans, and contract management policies.
What We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in procurement, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in Public Procurement.
  • Thorough knowledge of Public Sector procurement guidelines, rules, and regulations, with a commitment to high standards of public service.
  • Experience of engaging with government agencies and procurement frameworks is essential.
  • Excellent practical knowledge of relevant legislation, including EU procurement law and public procurement guidelines.
  • Ability to develop and implement procurement policies and procedures is critical.
