Job Title: Financial Services Coordinator

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support a professional financial planning team in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the financial planning team on a daily basis
  • Manage and update client records and financial documents
  • Prepare reports, valuation summaries, and meeting packs for client reviews
  • Process new business applications, withdrawals, and other transactions
  • Liaise with providers to follow up on policy information and progress updates
  • Monitor client pipelines and support the implementation of advice recommendations
  • Ensure compliance and documentation standards are met across all files
  • Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or in person with a professional approach
  • Support internal projects and process improvements as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role within a regulated environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Highly organized and confident managing workloads and deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with client databases or CRM systems
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced setting
