Job Title: Financial Services Coordinator
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support a professional financial planning team in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to the financial planning team on a daily basis
- Manage and update client records and financial documents
- Prepare reports, valuation summaries, and meeting packs for client reviews
- Process new business applications, withdrawals, and other transactions
- Liaise with providers to follow up on policy information and progress updates
- Monitor client pipelines and support the implementation of advice recommendations
- Ensure compliance and documentation standards are met across all files
- Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or in person with a professional approach
- Support internal projects and process improvements as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role within a regulated environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Highly organized and confident managing workloads and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with client databases or CRM systems
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced setting
