Administrative Support Specialist
Job Description:This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support, including typing, audio typing, and preparing legal documents.
The role will involve assisting with the preparation of legal documents and briefs, filing statutory returns, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for handling telephone calls, taking messages, and sending and receiving emails.
As an administrative support specialist, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the office. You will be required to provide ad-hoc support to the wider team and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 1 year's experience in an administrative support role (legal environment preferred)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident diary management abilities
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
