Legal Support Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to our legal team.
- Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence
- Manage mail, emails, calls, and client files
- Schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Conduct basic research and compile case summaries
- Liaise with clients, courts, and stakeholders professionally
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn from experienced legal secretaries, participate in internal training sessions, and gain access to legal training resources.
Key skills required for this role include strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). A high level of attention to detail and confidentiality are also essential.
