Financial Services Administrator Role

This prestigious firm in Belfast seeks a skilled Financial Services Administrator to support their success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client enquiries and resolve complex issues.
  • Update and maintain client records.
  • Prepare internal documents for senior management, such as review summaries and withdrawal forms.
  • Assist in client meetings and complete compliance/provider paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance across all senior management cases.
  • Manage senior management's diary and travel arrangements.
  • Process new business applications and withdrawals.
  • Support day-to-day office administration and ad hoc tasks.
Additional Duties (depending on experience):
  • Draft suitability reports for new business and withdrawals.
  • Produce cashflow models for client planning.
  • Prepare follow-up suitability reports after annual reviews.
