Main Responsibilities:- Respond to client enquiries and resolve complex issues.
- Update and maintain client records.
- Prepare internal documents for senior management, such as review summaries and withdrawal forms.
- Assist in client meetings and complete compliance/provider paperwork.
- Ensure compliance across all senior management cases.
- Manage senior management's diary and travel arrangements.
- Process new business applications and withdrawals.
- Support day-to-day office administration and ad hoc tasks.
- Draft suitability reports for new business and withdrawals.
- Produce cashflow models for client planning.
- Prepare follow-up suitability reports after annual reviews.
