Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Professional to join our Litigation team. As an integral part of the team, you will play a vital role in supporting our solicitors and contributing to the success of the department.


About the Role:

  • Provide dedicated secretarial and administrative support to solicitors within the Litigation department.
  • Prepare and format correspondence, court documents, and legal forms to a high standard.
  • Manage case files, maintain accurate records, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Handle dictation and audio typing with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaise with clients in a professional manner, both in person and over the phone.

Skill Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within a Litigation setting.
  • Proficiency in audio typing and strong IT skills, including MS Office.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Professional communication skills, with the ability to deal confidently with clients and colleagues.
