
Litigation Secretary

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and professional team, with the flexibility of either full-time or part-time working hours on offer.
Key Responsibilities Providing dedicated secretarial and administrative support to solicitors within the Litigation department.
Preparing and formatting correspondence, court documents, and legal forms to a high standard.
Managing case files, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Handling dictation and audio typing with accuracy and efficiency.
Liaising with clients in a professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Essential Skills and Experience Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a Litigation setting.
Proficiency in audio typing and strong IT skills, including MS Office.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Professional communication skills, with the ability to deal confidently with clients and colleagues.
