Commercial Litigation Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Support Specialist to join our team.

The Role:
  • Prepare, format and amend commercial litigation documents.
  • Provide audio typing, copy typing and document management services.
  • Manage correspondence with clients, courts and third parties.
  • Diary management, scheduling meetings and arranging travel when required.
  • Filing, archiving and maintaining case files.
  • Offer general administrative support to fee earners and partners.
About You:
  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary in a commercial litigation environment.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills, including digital dictation.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively.
  • A proactive and professional approach to client service.
