
Administrative Support Professional

The role involves providing skilled administrative support to cross-functional teams within a Quality and Governance Directorate.
The post holder will contribute to maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and governance across the organisation by ensuring accurate records, timely follow-up, and effective communication.
- Provide skilled administrative support across Health & Safety, Fire Safety, and Governance functions.
- Maintain accurate compliance, inspection, and incident records, ensuring timely follow-up on actions.
- Extract and present data for reports, dashboards, and committee papers using QGMIS and other systems.
- Coordinate Fire Risk Assessment records, action plans, and related compliance documentation.
- Prepare and issue safety communications, bulletins, and policy updates.
- Support claims handling, including evidence gathering, redaction, and liaison with insurers and loss adjusters.
- Arrange and support meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
About The Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative roles involving data management, compliance tracking, or governance support.
They will be proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, and have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
The role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience providing administrative support in health & safety, fire safety, governance, or compliance functions is essential.
