The Role

The Operational Support Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes and maintaining funder compliance across the Skills for Life and Work programme.

You'll be the backbone of our operational integrity, supporting the delivery team, completing participant paperwork, monitoring data, and ensuring we meet the highest standards of governance.

This includes providing administrative support, managing phone enquiries, completing enrollment paperwork, recording participant attendance, working closely with the training team, gathering evidence of outcomes, and assisting with reporting requirements.

You will also maintain accurate information in our internal CRM system and undertake any other administrative duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support across the Skills for Life and Work Programme
  • Monitor and respond to phone enquiries and assign referrals to relevant staff
  • Complete participant enrollment paperwork for the TAMS system
  • Record participant attendance and complete associated admin tasks
  • Work closely with the training team to register courses and produce training literature
  • Gather and maintain evidence of long-term and short-term outcomes for participants
  • Complete compliance checks and participant audits as required
  • Assist with reporting requirements for funders and regulatory bodies
  • Record minutes of team meetings
  • Maintain the internal CRM system with accurate information for analysis
