Job Opportunity: IT Infrastructure Support Specialist

About the Role:

This position is part of a dynamic project that requires skilled professionals to deploy and maintain IT infrastructure across Northern Ireland.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Windows 10/11, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deploying and configuring switches at multiple sites in Northern Ireland, requiring travel
  • Evaluating and replacing outdated hardware with new equipment
  • Conducting thorough equipment audits and providing end-user training on new systems

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a significant regional project, exposing you to diverse technical environments and challenges.
