Key Support Role: Administrative Operations Specialist

This position involves providing administrative support across our Skills for Life and Work Programme. Key responsibilities include:

  • Administrative support for programme activities.
  • Managing incoming enquiries through various channels and assigning referrals to relevant staff members.
  • Processing participant enrollment paperwork using the TAMS system.
  • Monitoring participant attendance and completing related administrative tasks when participants are absent.
  • Collaboration with the training team to ensure courses are registered and relevant materials are prepared in advance.
  • Compiling and maintaining records of long-term and short-term participant outcomes.
  • Conducting compliance checks and audits as required.
  • Supporting the preparation of reports for funders, regulatory bodies, and senior management.
  • Recording meeting minutes and undertaking other administrative duties as needed.
  • Maintaining a reliable CRM system with up-to-date information for analysis.
