Nursing Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager II to lead our team of nurses in delivering high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of nursing care activities to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. This includes ensuring that all nursing staff are well-trained, competent, and able to provide safe and effective care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and managing the delivery of nursing care activities
- Leading and managing a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
- Ensuring that all nursing staff are well-trained and competent
- Maintaining accurate records of patient care and treatment plans
Requirements:
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
- A minimum of 5 years full-time relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in an acute general medical/surgical situation
- Clinical, managerial, and administrative capacity
- Demonstration of continuous professional development
