Key Responsibilities- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly outcomes.
- Drive planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to guarantee project success.
- Utilize Agile/SAFe frameworks to effectively manage timelines and dependencies, promoting seamless collaboration across teams.
- Serve as the escalation point for technology delivery issues, providing expert guidance and support.
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation, financials, and governance, ensuring transparency and compliance.
- Support change management and successful transition into business-as-usual operations, fostering long-term growth and stability.
- At least 7 years of experience in programme/project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale IT and change projects.
- Agile certification (Scrum Master or RTE) is mandatory; PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are essential for driving project success.
- Experience with financial services projects is a significant advantage.
