**Job Summary**

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Project Leader to join its OTS department. As a key team member, you will collaborate with client engineers, managers, and directors to deliver high-quality project results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Leading multidisciplinary teams through design, construction, and handover phases.
  • Providing expert knowledge on design and construction aspects.
  • Managing vendors/contractors from tender to construction completion.
  • Presenting business cases and securing funding approvals.
  • Risk and change management practices.
  • Engaging suppliers/contractors and analyzing bid returns.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in highly regulated environments.
  • Experience managing medium-sized projects on brownfield Pharmaceutical sites.
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor contractor management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
