Job Title: Programme Manager

Our organization is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology and business change initiatives.

About This Role:
  • Drive full lifecycle delivery of multiple cross-functional projects.
  • Lead planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Work within Agile/SAFe frameworks to manage timelines and dependencies.
  • Act as the escalation point for technology delivery issues.
  • Ensure all project documentation, financials, and governance are maintained.
  • Support change management and successful transition into business-as-usual operations.

This is a 12-month daily rate contract based in Dublin, offering a hybrid working model.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of programme/project management experience.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale IT and change projects.
  • Agile certification (Scrum Master or RTE) required; PMP is a plus.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with financial services projects highly desirable.
Benefits:
  • Daily rate: €550–€625 per day (Depending on experience).
  • Duration: 12 months.
  • Location: Dublin (Hybrid: 3 days onsite).
