Project Overview

The role of senior project leader is crucial in delivering wastewater treatment facilities within the pharmaceutical industry.

This position involves working as a seconded resource in a client-led team, leading a multidisciplinary project team through all stages from design to construction and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist knowledge on various aspects of design and construction.
  • Control vendors/contractors from tender through to construction.
  • Presentation of business cases, securing funding and board approval.
  • Overseeing testing on site and off site, risk and change management.
  • Engaging potential suppliers/contractors and providing in-depth tender analysis on bid returns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience within a highly regulated environment.
  • Experience of managing medium-sized projects on brownfield sites, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor contractor management.
  • Effective Communication skills.
