Lead Senior Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead our team and drive the success of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex architectural projects, leading cross-functional teams and developing innovative solutions.

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing project strategies that meet business objectives;
• Leading and collaborating with architects, engineers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs;
• Managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service;
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members;
• Maintaining current knowledge of industry trends, technologies and best practices.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Professional qualification as an architect (RIAI or RIBA);
• At least 7 years' experience in architectural practice, preferably in a leadership role;
• Strong technical skills in ArchiCAD, Revit and AutoCAD;
• Experience working on commercial and residential projects;
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
