The Centre of Food Culture is seeking to enhance its strategic value by appointing a voluntary Board Member with expertise in education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guarantee the Centre fulfils its vision and mission through effective leadership and oversight.
  • Promote good governance practices, identify risks, and review policies and procedures.
  • Review and approve strategic plans to align with the organisation's vision.
  • Monitor financial performance, support resource development, and authorise key financial decisions.
  • Serve as an advocate for the Centre to facilitate its growth.
Time Commitment
  • Around four hours per month, comprising regular meetings and occasional engagement.
  • Monthly one-hour online operational meetings.
  • Quarterly two-hour board meetings.
