We are seeking an experienced Senior Event Producer to join our team at Spencer Recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile events and develop your skills in event production, management, and coordination.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in event production, preferably within an event agency setting, with at least 2 years in a previous senior role. They will be responsible for managing large-scale live and online events from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and exceed client expectations.

About the Department

The department is responsible for delivering high-quality events that showcase the brand's values and message. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in shaping the direction of our events strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing all aspects of event production, from concept to showrunning and wrap-up.
  2. Taking full ownership of event budgets, ensuring consistent delivery.
  3. Developing comprehensive event plans and scopes of work (SOW), including site plans, AV requirements, health & safety protocols.
  4. Leading the event team from inception to completion, providing mentorship and knowledge sharing with junior team members.
  5. Ensuring operational systems and procedures are adhered to, supporting efficiency and consistency across the production process.
  6. Staying updated on industry trends, exploring new event solutions and technologies to bring dynamic experiences to life.
  7. Implementing quality control measures to ensure high standards of execution that represent the client's brand at every event.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven experience as a project lead on large-scale live and online events with budgets over €100k.
  2. Demonstrated experience with employee experience or brand activations, corporate events, festivals, sporting events, conferences, and virtual events.
  3. Extensive knowledge of production, including greenfield site planning, power and cabling requirements, health and safety, site recce, AV requirements.
  4. Ability to develop SOWs independently.
  5. Proven success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  6. Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
