Managing Director at iQuest & Business Post LIVE Business Post Experiences are currently seeking a versatile Senior Events / Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic and expanding media business.
As part of our growing projects, publishing and events portfolio, you will have the opportunity to work closely with internal teams and contribute to the overall success of the Business Post Group family of brands.
This role requires an experienced, proactive and passionate individual who can oversee the development, production and delivery of a portfolio of events from proposal to execution.

You will manage a personal portfolio ensuring timelines, budgets and priorities are communicated, maintained and met.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, delegates, speakers, suppliers and other stakeholders will be crucial.
Additionally, you will handle administrative functions, generate weekly reports for enhanced efficiency and collaborate with external stakeholders such as suppliers, venues, AV, and publishing partners.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing partner/sponsor branding presence across projects, overseeing website management and promotional campaigns for your portfolio and supporting sales and business development through research, outreach and lead generation campaigns.
Tracking project performance and the results of marketing/PR campaigns will be essential, along with occasional travel for onsite inspections and project management.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a genuine passion for events, exhibiting a proactive attitude, enthusiasm, and a 'can-do' mentality.
Strong self-starting and self-motivation abilities, coupled with excellent organisational and time management skills are essential.
A commercially focused mindset, along with outstanding operational planning and work management skills, will contribute to your success in this role.
Collaboration and effective interpersonal and communication skills are crucial at all levels of the business, both internally and externally.
You should also possess a collaborative personality, understand informal structures and balance individual and group interests.
