EHS Lead Role

As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and oversight on all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) matters.

You will work closely with various business units to develop, implement, and refine EHS processes and practices that ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of EHS strategies and policies that align with organizational goals
  • Ensure effective management of EHS risks and opportunities, promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility
  • Coordinate EHS training programs and conduct audits to verify compliance with established standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential EHS hazards, ensuring a safe working environment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of EHS data
  • Manage the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring seamless integration of EHS processes across the organization

Requirements:

  • A degree in an EHS discipline or related field
  • Proven experience in EHS leadership roles, with a track record of driving cultural change and improving EHS performance
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
