Job Title

Senior Operations Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations team.

  • Oversight and control of regulated entities, production and analysis of monthly operational performance and KPIs for reporting including consolidation.
  • Due diligence monitoring activities, involvement with operational duties, coordination and arrangement of meetings and follow up actions as required.
  • Support the day-to-day operation for systems, provision of administrative support on new investments and divestments.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a corporate role supporting senior stakeholders, preferably in fund administration, investment management or operations.
  • Excellent prioritization and organisational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple demands from different people.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Demonstrates initiative, possesses a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Operations team in their day-to-day activities, including oversight and control of regulated entities.
  • Provide administrative support on new investments and divestments.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, follow up actions as required.
