Job Opportunity

We seek a skilled leader to drive digital transformation within our organisation.

This is a hands-on role where you will shape strategy, lead workshops, and guide the team from vision through to implementation. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring the programme delivers measurable impact across ways of working, organisational design, and enabling technology.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years background in leading large-scale programmes, with exposure to cosmetics, consumer goods, or laboratory / R&D environments being an advantage.

  • Lead end-to-end change journey - strategy, people, process, and tech.
  • Facilitate high-level workshops with business & technical leaders.
  • Support re-design of processes, structures, and operating models.
  • Ensure change adoption across functions and support solution roll-out.
  • Act as trusted sounding board for executives in R&D and innovation.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience leading large-scale programmes.
  • Exposure to cosmetics, consumer goods, or laboratory / R&D environments (advantage).
  • Proven ability to bridge business vision and technology delivery.
  • Skilled facilitator with record of bringing diverse stakeholders together.
  • Comfortable moving from strategy / roadmap creation through to delivery & adoption.
