Main Duties:
- To manage the efficient check-in and check-out of guests while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and customer service.
- To ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and have their needs anticipated and met.
- To handle all incoming calls professionally and forward them to the relevant staff member or guest.
