Senior Audit and Accounts Director

As a seasoned professional, you have the opportunity to lead our audit and accounting department, driving business growth and providing strategic direction. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing audits and financial reporting, and developing the team's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the audit and accounts team to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic financial advice.
  • Oversee audit assignments, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Drive business development and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Monitor departmental performance and manage resources effectively.
  • Represent the firm in external forums and industry events.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
  • 5-10 years PQE in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards, IFRS, and Irish GAAP.
  • Proven client management skills and experience leading teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
